What is the deadline for submitting a proposal? The proposal submission deadline is April 15, 2026.
What types of contributions are accepted? You can submit an abstract for a paper, a poster, or a proposal for an interactive teaching/skills-based workshop. Following the event, a monograph will be published featuring papers presented during the conference.
Note: The April 15 deadline applies only to abstract submissions; full papers may be submitted to the Organizing Committee at a later date.

Is this event related to the Warsaw Negotiation Round (WNR)? Yes, the conference precedes the WNR tournament. We highly encourage all participants and their coaches to actively participate in the Conference. The Call for Submissions is open for everyone.
Where is the Conference Venue located? The WNC 2026 will be held in SGH Building C, located at al. Niepodległości 128, Warsaw, Poland. After entering through the main doors on the ground floor, signs will guide you to Auditorium I, where the opening session will be held. Auditorium I is located on the mezzanine.
