How to participate?

Participation in Warsaw Negotiation Round step by step.

Form a team of three students passionate about negotiation and ready to challenge themselves on an international stage. Ensure that at least two team members come from the same university (in certain circumstances a team can consist of 2 members). This is your chance to represent one of the world’s top business or law schools and showcase your skills in an event recognized for its prestige and global exposure. Teams that have participated in previous editions have come from esteemed institutions, making the competition fierce but inspiring. Start by collaborating with like-minded peers who are driven to learn and excel in negotiation techniques.
Prepare a professional resume of each team member and a cover letter for the whole team, emphasizing your academic achievements, negotiation experience, and any notable extracurricular involvement. Highlight your university’s prestige and your individual commitment to personal and professional growth. This is your opportunity to demonstrate why your team is a strong contender for the Warsaw Negotiation Round. Send these documents to contact@warsawnegotiations.com and fill a participation form that is available on the top of this page. After that wait for the results.
After the enrollment process finishes, you will receive information about its results. In the last week of February the qualifications to Warsaw Negotiation Round 2025 will be conducted. Pay the participation fee, prepare to book flights to Poland and apply for a visa if required. Selected teams will compete in rounds judged by an esteemed panel of experts from around the world.
