Are you ready to make your move? Now is the perfect time! We are looking for professors, researchers, practitioners, and experts to share their insights and shape the future of dialogue in the field of negotiation. Whether you are an academic with fresh data or a seasoned negotiator with stories from the field, we want to hear from you.
We invite submissions across four primary tracks. These tracks focus on both current and future challenges:
• Corporate-HR Negotiation: Navigating the future of workplace dynamics and talent management.
• Legal Negotiation: The evolving role of legal expertise in complex dispute resolution.
• International Policy Negotiation: Addressing global shifts, multi-party diplomacy, and strategic alliances.
• Research & Behavioral Insights in Negotiation: The science and psychology behind effective deals.
We particularly welcome papers and posters that dive deep into the following sub-themes:
• Negotiation in HR: The impact of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive 2023/970) on compensation bargaining.
• Multi-Party Negotiaiton Strategy: International approaches to ongoing conflicts, including Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and USA-EU relations.
• Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Exploring the role of mediation and the principle that mediation is not possible where there is violence.
• Sustainability: Integrating social responsibility and ethical frameworks into modern negotiation.
• AI & Automation: Evaluating if AI improves negotiation and the efficacy of AI-enhanced systems.
• Pedagogy: Best practices, innovative tools, and methods for teaching negotiation
How can you contribute?
You can submit either:
- an abstract of a paper
- a poster
- a proposal for a Teaching and/or skills-based, interactive workshop

How much it costs to attend the conference?
