Warsaw Negotiation Round Stockholm is a new initiative organized as a preliminary tournament for the finals of Warsaw Negotiation Round. It is an occasion to compete against top student negotiators from all across Sweden and take your expertise to the next level! Learn from experts in the field of negotiation and compete for a spot in the final in Warsaw! (May 9-11, 2025) The accomodation and catering in Warsaw will be provided for the winning team!
About the event
Organized by the Education Committee of the SSE, the tournament is a part of a joint project by the students of three universitities: SGH Warsaw School of Economics, IE University in Madrid and SSE Stockholm School of Economics. Whether you're a seasoned negotiator or new to the table, we encourage all students to join the tournament!
It is free for all students. The event is co-funded by the European Union and the CIVICA Student Engagement Fund and is a part of the qualification process to Warsaw Negotiation Round. Through CIVICA, students and researchers contribute innovative solutions to
address today’s societal challenges.




Education Committee
The Education Committee (UU) is a student-led body within SASSE dedicated to ensuring the academic experience at SSE remains outstanding. As the bridge between students and faculty, UU works to gather student feedback, represent academic interests in key forums, and collaborate with SSE to enhance courses and study environments.
Through systematic feedback collection, faculty correspondence, and advocacy, we strive to make SSE a better place to study. Our work includes improving course structures, addressing student concerns, and organizing initiatives that support academic development. With unmatched opportunities for student representation, UU ensures your voice is heard and valued in shaping the education at SSE.
How to participate?
Participation in Warsaw Negotiation Round Stockholm step by step.
1. Gather a team
Form a team of three students passionate about negotiation and ready to challenge themselves on an international stage. Ensure that at least two team members come from the same university (in certain circumstances a team can consist of 2 members).
2. Enroll for the tournament
Prepare a professional resume of each team member including your academic achievements, negotiation experience, and any notable extracurricular involvement. Send these documents to contact@warsawnegotiations.com and fill a participation form that is available on the top of this page
3. Wait for the results
After the enrollment for Warsaw Negotiation Round Madrid finishes, you will receive a message with the results. If you manage to secure the spot as a participant, confirm your participation and reserve the date of April 13. Plan your travel to Stockholm and prepare yourselves for the event!
4. For the winners
The winners of Warsaw Negotiation Round Madrid qualify for finals of the tournament in Warsaw. The stay in Warsaw is funded by the CIVICA Student Engagement Fund, so the only thing that is left to do is to plan your trip to the capital of Poland.
